The Rack is our emergency clothing project, which provides individuals and families with clothing and some essential items, during difficult personal or family circumstances.
We receive donations of new, pre-loved, clean and useable clothing from businesses, the community and our partner organisations, which we then sort into clothing packs for those who have been referred to our service.
Our project is dual-focussed - firstly supporting those in crisis with clothing support when they need it, and secondly, reducing the impact of the clothing and fashion industry by preventing useable clothing from entering landfill.
Our Baby Club operates as a stay and play service, offering new parents an opportunity to meet new friends and receive peer support.
All our sessions are delivered to EFS standards, and include activity focussed on messy play, construction, rainbow play, sensory development music and story time.
Parents are able to connect with our partner organisations and access a range of support, if needed.
Our Family Clubs provides space for children and young people, aged 4-11, to try new activities, learn new skills, and to meet new people. Attending with their parent or guardian, we provide space to complete homework, opportunities to try new activities, learn new skills, and to meet new people.
Working with our partner organisations and our professional network, parents are offered parenting and peer support in a non-judgemental space.
None of our work would be possible without our team of volunteers and our extended network of community champions.
Volunteers are offered training and development opportunities as well as transitional support into and out of their volunteer placement.
We also offer corporate volunteering, team building and engagement sessions.
